Scott Hayes, RLA, Senior Project Manager

Scott is a senior project manager at Oxbow, bringing over a decade of experience to the team. He joined Oxbow in 2025 after 14 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in high-end estate landscape construction. Scott's career in construction began in 2004, working in the field for a general contractor in the commercial and agricultural sectors. With a construction mindset and a passion for design he pursued his graduate degree in landscape architecture. Scott holds a master's degree from Cal Poly Pomona and is a licensed landscape architect in the state of California. 

Throughout his career, Scott has built a strong foundation in project management and estimating, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and collaborating with diverse teams. His leadership and expertise have been key drivers of his success in the industry. Scott enjoys the day-to-day grind of construction and thrives building relationships with clients, landscape architects, architects, general contractors and subcontractors to help bring the client's dream to reality. 

Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time coaching his daughter’s softball team, golfing, cycling, hiking, traveling, pretty much anything outdoors. Scott is happily married and the proud father of two beautiful children.
