Ninah Moody, Estimator

Ninah acts as a liaison between homeowners, construction crews, structural engineers, and landscape architects. She oversees the project as a whole as it transitions from paper into the field and through the final punch list. This is accomplished by coordinating with the entire team to get solutions and/or clarification to keep projects moving along. Her greatest accomplishment is to see projects completed on time and on budget, and to ensure homeowner satisfaction.

Outside of work, Ninah is busy as a team mom. Along with her husband of 18 years, stepson (who is about to get married!) and eight-year-old twin boys, she is very involved with her local BMX track, through racing, advising the board of directors for track construction and maintenance, volunteering and making sure everyone has their gloves and helmets, and stays hydrated. She is also on the board of directors for their BMX racing team. And she enjoys cooking with her family.
