Mauro Alavez Zacarías, Landscape Supervisor

As a landscape supervisor, Mauro is responsible for managing daily team tasks as well as monitoring productivity. He ensures operations are carried out to success, meeting quality and safety standards. His role includes resolving issues as they arise, supporting staff, and coordinating schedules to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Mauro is proud to have grown with Oxbow, and to have earned the opportunity to become a supervisor, which reflects his dedication, reliability, and commitment to continuous improvement.

He places importance in his commitment to his team, quality work, and keeping operations running well.

Outside of work he loves spending time with his children, which helps him stay motivated and maintain a strong work ethic.
