Matt Pollard, Field Horticulture Manager

Matt's dedication and knowledge of horticulture shines through in his work as a field horticulture manager. With the complexity of each project, he utilizes his honed problem-solving skills — bolstered by his Horticulture Degree from Texas A&M University — to anticipate obstacles and overcome any issues that arise. Matt’s number one priority is quality and it shows. Matt also loves being outside and getting some fresh air.

On his days off, you can typically find him taking care of his house plants and garden or home brewing. His dog, Smokey, goes with him everywhere.
