Lee Rider, Head of Pool Operations

Lee Rider has been in the pool business for over 40 years. He started doing service work before going into construction in 1983. In all those years, he has built hundreds of pools and spas, often performing all of the construction tasks associated with gunite pool construction. Lee has worked with many of the top contractors, engineers and architects in Northern California and worldwide on intricate and challenging aquatic designs.
Now part of Oxbow, North Coast Pools and Spas was one of the top pool builders in Northern California for many years. Lee is continuing his tradition of building and designing creative and unique pools, spas and water features.
Lee specializes in unique projects, many one-of-a-kind. His ability to think out of the box enables him to create just about any waterscape that you can imagine.
Lee also has a remarkable amount of hands-on experience with pools as a National and World Masters Swimming Champion and competitive water polo player.
On dry land, Lee plays dobro, lap and steel pedal steel guitars in various bands.
