Jesse thrives on "The Hunt” for seeking new opportunities, meeting new people, and using his industry knowledge to bring in new customers. Every day presents a fresh opportunity to improve, which, along with a strong cup of coffee, fuels his motivation and energy.

With over nine years of experience in landscape maintenance, Jesse spent six years running his own company in Hawaii, specializing in high-end residential and vacation rental properties. He then spent three years as an account manager at Cagwin & Dorward before joining Oxbow. His expertise lies in irrigation solutions and aesthetic enhancements, consistently delivering creative problem-solving for clients.

For Jesse, relationships are the key to success. Building trust with customers allows him to tackle challenges with ease and provide the best possible service. His greatest inspiration comes from his family — his wife, and kids.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys playing sports with his son, golfing with friends, and adventuring with his family — always embracing the mindset that every opportunity is worth taking.
