Dry Creek Valley Light Box

With 2,220 square feet of covered outdoor space, this newly constructed home for clients in the tech industry is an ode to architectural style and indoor-outdoor living. Oxbow enhanced this well-integrated landscape by installing modular concrete paving for the outdoor rooms, decorative stone and gravels, and gravel paving and mulch.

At night the glass enclosed home glows with landscape lighting installed by Oxbow.

For a steep, hilltop site, with a seasonal creek and redwoods on one side, and an oak & conifer forest on the other, Oxbow focused on irrigation, soil preparation, and grading.

The planters and planting areas closer to the home are defined by corten steel, allowing for low-water cacti & boulder viewing gardens, as well as an orchard, berry trellis and production garden.
