Eric Muth, Human Resources Manager

As Oxbow's human resources manager, Eric knows the most important thing is working with, and for, good people. He keeps an objective mind by remembering that "there are three sides to every story."

If this wasn't enough, he also manages our equipment and fleet.

Outside of work, Eric can be found spending time with his four children, one dog, and seven chickens. He loves to garden and cook, the combination of which lead to his homemade jam winning best of show at the Napa Town and County Fair.
