Adam Herbert is a dedicated project manager at Oxbow, where he plays a crucial role in ensuring the fulfillment of customer needs. Each day, Adam is focused on managing projects from start to finish, working closely with clients and the team to turn visions into reality. His attention to detail, particularly in the minor aspects of construction, helps bring projects to life while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Adam thrives in a team environment and is constantly driven by a desire to improve — not only as a professional but also as an individual. He finds energy in working with others, pushing each other to succeed, and delivering exceptional results. His commitment to fulfillment, both professionally and personally, is a key motivator in his work.

Before joining Oxbow, Adam spent five years working with a general contractor, including valuable experience in construction project management. He has also worked on a zip line course, showcasing his diverse skill set in the industry.

When he’s not working, Adam enjoys a variety of hobbies, including skiing, fishing, woodworking, home improvements, and playing bocce ball. Additionally, he dedicates his time to coaching lacrosse, giving back to the community, and supporting the development of young athletes.
